I provide textile workshops for groups of any age and ability. I have successfully taught school groups of talented little textile artists from 4 years old right up to teens. Workshops are tailor made to suit the school’s requirements and range from a two hour session, a whole day or a series of classes.
	These creative experiences can be linked to a theme relevant to the school’s curriculum. They are also suitable for ‘arts week’ activities. The workshop can result in a collaborative piece for the school to keep or individual treasures for their makers.
	In addition to young people I have also worked with adults: providing a fun and creative day, which produces a finished piece of creative artwork or a personal project begun. For every workshop I provide some of the materials and fabrics but encourage the college, school or group to take the opportunity to recycle scraps, remnants and even old clothing.
